Women's Monthly Steam & Vocal Toning Circle. We will gather to celebrate ourselves and activate through these ancient healing practices. ****7 spaces available.****

There will be a brief overview of herbs to choose from for your specific steaming needs, guided womb clearing meditation, and guided vocal toning while we steam.

Group steaming is a beautiful opportunity to connect in sacred sisterhood, and deepen in relationship to the powerful feminine energy that each of us holds within our womb. You may experience emotional release, expanded self-awareness, increased libido, release of old blood layers, regulation of cycle, increased balance in your reproductive system, calming of the nervous system, and connection to your root voice.

The steam boxes are hand made from cedar wood with ceramic crockpots inside. Herbs are all organic.

*Please wear or bring a long, loose skirt for steaming. There will be blankets to wrap around while steaming. Also wear warm socks and/or leg warmers.

*Do not attend if you are bleeding, pregnant, or dealing with an infectious disease. If you have an IUD, steam time will be shorter and with less heat.
